Nebra continues to evolve — and Nebra 2.2 is a major step forward in how you organize, control, and scale complex systems. This release introduces powerful new workflows for processing, snapshots, and system navigation — all designed to help you work faster, reduce mistakes, and manage larger systems with confidence.

A clearer, more controllable workspace

Nebra 2.2 improves how you see and organize your system from the moment you open a project. In the Connection View, devices now appear in a consistent, overlapping layout — giving you full control over how your workspace is organized. With the new organize tool, you decide when and how devices are arranged, then lock that layout in place using snapshots.

Unified processing for Galileo GALAXY and GEN-1 loudspeakers

Processing in Nebra 2.2 is now more unified and more powerful. GALAXY processors and GEN-1 loudspeakers are presented together in a single, consistent workflow. A redesigned Processing View gives you direct access to processing overview, input and output processing, and the full matrix. New visual indicators make it easier to understand signal flow and timing — even in very large systems.

Tags: A new way to work faster

One of the most important additions in Nebra 2.2 is the Tags feature. Tags let you group inputs, outputs, and loudspeakers across devices — without fixed link groups. You can name, color-code, and apply multiple tags to the same channel or loudspeaker. Tags work across GALAXY and GEN-1 devices, persist across sessions, and enable fast filtering and auto-selection—dramatically speeding up tuning and system management.

Smarter, safer snapshots

Snapshots in Nebra 2.2 are more flexible — and more transparent. You can now store snapshot parameters directly in device memory, aligning software snapshots with hardware behavior as needed. Clear visual indicators show which snapshots reside in device memory, while built-in safeguards help prevent errors — including when devices are offline, snapshots are missing, or device memory is full.

Streamlined workflow

Nebra 2.2 also introduces a range of workflow refinements. You can customize units, switch filter displays between Q and bandwidth, use expanded keyboard shortcuts, and interact with the matrix more efficiently — including instant resets to zero or minus infinity. These improvements reduce friction in everyday work and lead to faster, more confident operation.
