Use Nebra while offline

Nebra requires internet access on its first launch. To use Nebra on a computer that cannot access the internet, you can download your unique license and manually transfer it to the offline computer.

To use Nebra while offline:

Sign in to https://account.sw.meyersound.com, select Nebra License, then Download License.

  1. Locate the downloaded nebra_license.zip file in Finder (usually in Downloads), then select it to show the contents.

  2. In Finder, open your user folder.

  3. Select View and then Show View Options.

  4. Check Show Library Folder.

  5. Move or copy the extracted Auth folder to ~/Library/Application Support/Nebra/.

  6. Restart Nebra.

  1. Locate the downloaded nebra_license.zip file in Explorer (usually in Downloads), then select it to expand the .zip file.

  2. Move or copy the extracted Auth folder to C:\ProgramData\Nebra\Library.

  3. Restart Nebra.
