Panther fan algorithm updated, improves low-noise operation
Updated IEEE 1722.1 handling of Milan vendor-specific messages
Milan Endpoint Type 3M is now listed correctly in Hive 1.3.2
Updated error polling and reporting during start up, inhibits nuisance errors
